Career Mode - Email About Transfer Request

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a player to request a transfer. Arrange a swap with another club, involving this player, outside the transfer window. Wait for the Board to subsequently email you saying you need to get this player transferred.
What happens when the bug occurs? Even though you have concluded a deal to transfer the player, you still subsequently get an email from the Board saying you need to meet the player's request and arrange a transfer.
What should be happening instead? Once you have concluded a deal, the game should make sure you don't get such an email.
It is ridiculous that the game triggers an email from the board to the manager, telling him that he needs to arrange a transfer for a player that has made the request, once you have indeed concluded a transfer for him. It looks so unprofessional.
In this case, I had two players - Margure and Varane - who both requested transfers (despite playing a lot, I might add - which is the subject of a different bug request made a few months ago that has not been acknowledged by you). Outside the transfer window, I did swap deals for new centre-backs for both players, and yet I then later get emails from the board telling me that the player is disappointed that I haven't arranged transfers, and that I must do so as soon as possible.
It is, frankly, ridiculous something like this happens in the game. All it needs is some kind of marker on a player record that his transfer is done and is simply pending the next window to open. That marker should then be used to make sure that things like this don't happen.
