We replied in this thread explaining that the crashing issue has been fixed. To avoid the crash occurring again, you must start a new career mode.
Our Team is still investigating the issue of created players being removed or losing their attributes when starting a new season.
@EA_LeonSK I checked my game a couple of days ago and it's still not fixed. I'm glad that you replied to a thread saying that it's been fixed but as you can see. It's still NOT fixed! This has been broken for at least 5 months. Still NOT fixed.
