Career mode team sheet crash
Career mode crashes: Every time I try to make a change to my team sheet and save it, the entire game crashes and shuts down.

@theredflame123 I think I figured it out actually, if you changed teams and were trying to save a team sheet you had saved from the previous team it crashes. Just delete it and remake it and it worked for me.

I was having this issue also. I think it's related to the tactical vision feature. I was able to fix it by going into the tactical vision/set coaching style and switching it to standard. When I first switched teams I skipped it and when I opened the menu it was set to _undefined or something. Before making any adjustments to the team sheet I also swapped the tactical vision setting back and forth BEFORE trying to save. Doesn't matter which tactical vision, just switch it to something other than what it is by default and then back seemed to fix my problem and now it no longer crashes.
