Career mode team sheet crash
Career mode crashes: Every time I try to make a change to my team sheet and save it, the entire game crashes and shuts down.

I started a manager career with a few self created players as well. When I start the second season, the self created players disappear and the game crashes when I open squad hub. How on earth is this possible
