I have the same issue. Cynically I'm just waiting for EA to change their help page (that we've all read many times) to remove any of the language around timing, but it's clear there is some sort of bug going on for returning players.

I've got the same issue. Read this article, been a member for 10 years, I've been playing the game everyday as asked for, and it's still not giving me access. I've got no bans. Good account. Looks like a defect with whatever automation or batch job they have running to unlock accounts

I have the same problem and after reading about this on social media and these forums it looks like plenty of others are too.
I have played 3+ games every day since Friday across various UT modes, used the transfer market on console, completed SBCs etc and still nothing.
The vague website explanation and generic replies are not helpful. Fingers crossed it gets sorted after Friday when full release is out.
