Companion App

I have played an extremely high amount of games on the Nintendo switch. Squad battles, online draft, single player draft, division rivals. Please can this be looked into ASAP I have never had any accounts with any van history etc. my user is bigboyharley33 

I have no access to transfer market on companion app, please help.
