Some days has gone already, so I’d like to ask about the possible compensation that we as users suffered due to the problems the game FC 24 had with the early access.
We paid to have an advantage, as many other users in console and PC, enjoying the game 1 week before the launch of the standard edition. But mostly in PC, even though I’ve read it happened as well in consoles, there was several problems that didn’t allowed several users to enjoy this feature that the paid for, due to splash screen problem, not EA APP installed, not access to the online features of the game etc etc etc.
Many community managers in some of the different threads mostly in the Technical issued parts of the Forum, confirmed, informed, told use whatever verb suits you better, that we should be patient, that they were working on it and, that we will have some sort of compensation FOR SURE.
So I want to ask about this compensation, will we receive any?, or at the end Electronic Arts won’t compensate us for the mistake they made and for extra amount we paid and didn’t enjoyed?, because is now close to 1 week after the launch of the standard edition so the early access is done and it should be easy to check.
I know that still are some users with current problems and that they can’t access today the game, and they should receive a solution as well as a compensation. But for those like me, that we accessed the game in the webApp last 21st of September, and that couldn’t access the game until the launch of the standard edition last 29th of September (thanks a solution found by a user not provided by EA).
Because this Friday 6th of October begins the first FUT Champs, and we are already behind most of the users and we shouldn't be penalized twice, we should get any sort of compensation before the FUT Champs to try to reduce the disadvantaged in front of the other users, to try to get some of the rewards....otherwise will be again penalized for paying for an early access and didn’t have the chance to enjoy it and also to have any compensation for it.

Sorry, for responding on my own thread, but just checking the forum I see that here is a new way of summarize all the problems / issues related with FC 24 "https://trello.com/b/keigLn6R/ea-sports-fc-tracker" but the problem with the early access that affected seevral users is not listed on it.
Is it possible to add a topic about the problem we've had?, that we paid for1 week of early acces (in my case I paid for it last 19th of July) and due to different reasons: splash screen, not able to connect to the online features, EA APP not installed etc we couldn't enjoyed the product we paid for.
Any update?, and explanation?, any compensation as it was said by the community managers in many of the different threads and posts?.
I'd appreciate to have some sort of explanation and especially some kind reimbursement for the troubles we've had.
