compensation for the early access

First, I’m still waiting for some sort of message from EA regarding the possible compensation or not for the users, mostly in PC, that due to problems on their Game we couldn’t access the early access days, when we paid for them and EA collect the money on time not with delay, not with problems... 

And this is related with my message, I won’t buy any other EA Game, is not worthy the problems, bugs, servers downs, etc and especially the lack of a good Customer service when you have some of those.....but if I would I’d never do it on a PC, their games are mostly oriented to consoles and they should warned it on their games. 

Take FC 24, the game I’m struggling to play after a user helped me to fix one of the problems in PC, there are several problems with the connections, even with the menus, the gameplay is quite annoying, the market transfer is quite inferior to the crossing market in consoles, which makes the “luck” of the packs quite more “unlucky”, is quite “difficult” to get a useful card opening packs....not that EA nerfed the odds of the packs, we all “know” than that never happens!!!! 

Also, in general, is it me or is this FIFA game, sorry FC, more “Pay to Win” than any other?. Seems that EA took out the license of FIFA on the name, and that they want to recover fast the money. Not much packs to help the common players, but a lot of packs with insane ratings for those that pay to play/win, which is OK as everyone play their own style, but at least is quite “strange”. I’d like a most balance game, but I understand the business side and that EA only wants to help or enhance the players that buy FC points and not the others.
