I have been experiencing high ping throughout the day. After contacting my service provider, they told me that there was no issue on their end and suggested that I reach out to you for assistance.

It should be as close to 0% as possible. Anything more than .01% indicates an issue. You're at .2%. That's a lot of packet loss. Most likely, that's from being on a wireless connection.
