Connection to EA servers impossible. Check your Internet connection...

Hi,

For a while now (since FIFA 23), I'm not able to connect to EA servers and get the updates or to play online (And unfortunately i'm paying for that). I decided to move on FC24 and this is the same story.

- PS5 is wired

- FC24 and FIFA23 are physicals and installed on the PS5 SSD (not on an external storage)

- Game reinstallation doesn't change anything

- Internet connexion is working well (For other applications/games or any external services)

- DNS change is not fixing the issue (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4, 1.1.1.1, etc..)

- Shutdown or restart of the ISP router doesn't change anything (even for 5,10 or 3600minutes)

- Shutdown or restart of the PS5 doesn't change anything (even for 5,10 or 3600minutes)

- Change my EA account password doesn't change anything

- Unlink my EA and Playstation account doesn't change anything

- My account has never been banned

- PS PLUS is enabled

In my opinion it's related to my account and not a technical issue with the Internet connection or something else.

Is someone from the EA staff can help me seriously on this please ?
