controller bug

Everytime i launch the game, everythings ok for a few minutes but then my controller starts going to the right in menus and wont let me go up,down,left. Ive tried every solution on websites, reddit, youtube etc. But it still happens to me, i know some of my friends have this problem and some dont, please fix this bug ea.
