controller input lag

i play on the same laptop since fifa 22 and i never had this problem on my controler.When i m playing single player i have no problem at all but if i play online my players start running in one direction and i cant do anything.this happens for like 4 5 seconds then i get back the control.I have a xbox series x controller and i play with constant 30 ms .The game is working smooth but with cabled in controller i cant play the game cus of the input lag.I even turn on vsync and it did reduce the apperance of the bug but that s still unacceptable.Since they transfer the game from origin to ea app the input lag on controller is insane and this problem also occured on fifa 23 when they made this swap.When fifa 23 was on origin i could ve play the game perfectly with my controller on bluetooth not even cabled in. I hope they will fix this bug cus i paid 90 euros for this game and i cant even play it properly ....

P.S. My laptop uses NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 for games and has 144hz refresh rate
