Controller not working in Training Center

Hello, I am using an Xbox Controller connected to my PC via USB.

Although in Game I am allowed to change from Keyboard to Controller before I play a match, I am unable to do the same when I am in the Training Center under Learn to Play.

In the Training Center I am only allowed to use Keyboard and can't select my controller.

Any way around this?? When I first installed the game it would automatically select my Controller, but not anymore.
