Controller on PC having issues

Hi team Is anyone else using Controller on the PC? if so, are you having issues?

    Hey all, once again asking, if you have this issue can you grab me the following info:

    • Make and model of controller
    • Do you have other USBs plugged in
    • Are you using Bluetooth or connected
    • If Bluetooth are you using your system or official controller dongle

    Accepting as solution for visibility as we need this info to investigate.

@KidonPT I resolved the problem. i simply closed steam app. damn.
there was a conflict between ea and steam app

Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 09/29/2023
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 14:00 
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Leave PS5 controller on and game idle. When reactivating the same controller, the game proceeds to act as if it is my first time playing - eg first time info for playstyles, corners etc. Upon closing the game and next reloading I am prompted to confirm my T&Cs agreement, confirm fave club choice etc.
What happens when the bug occurs? Wh
What should be happening instead? None of the above! The controller should just wake and play resume without issue. This bug has carried across multiple FIFAs and 2 PS4s and 1 PS5 for me,
