Whenever I load into a rivals game my controller just stops working. I can't control the players and the only thing I can do is look at the pointing thing at the top of the players while they just stand still. However, when I play squad battles or access everything else its fine. I have lost so many games due to this bug and I don't think ea is interested in fixing this because it has been going on for so long. Any suggestions?

Thanks, this actually works! Whenever I boot up the game, I don't touch my mouse and keyboard and everything runs smoothly.

SO i have tried everything i have disable steam controller settings and also enabled turned bluetooth on and off. Still mid match i will lose control of my player but i can go to the menu move it around select settings but no control for player.. WTF FC 24 please help

@usafmessi19 this is exactly the case with me. I can't do anything in the middle of the matches..... But it's interesting that SB mod works

@eskquack it doesnt work for me . cant play rivals or any online mode. works fine when playing with bots

I am now getting the same problem but on xbox where it doesn't allow me to control my game as it thinks I have another controller connected when I don't and nothing works on whether I can play just luck if it works or not
