Critical System & Launch Failure with Anti-Cheat Error in FC24 on Steam: Urgent

I'm experiencing a problem with FC24 on Steam, and I'm hoping someone can help. This problem started on Friday and I tried resolving the issue.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:

1. Initial Problem:
FC24 did not work from the beginning.

2. Restarted PC:
Restarted the PC to try to resolve the issue, but FC24 still did not work.

3. Splash Screen Issue:
Encountered problems with the FC24 splash screen.

4. Verifying Files:
Verified the integrity of the game files via Steam.
Found three files that failed to verify, which I assumed were corrupted.

5. Run as Administrator:
Changed the FC24 executable files to run as administrator, but the game still did not work.

6. Anti-Cheat Issue:
Faced an anti-cheat error when trying to run FC24.
Specific error code: ea anti-cheat encountered an error. please restart your pc.c:\programfiles\ea\ac\anticheat gameservice.exe🏈 (5).

7. Turned Off Run as Administrator:
Turned off the "Run as Administrator" setting for the FC24 files, but the anti-cheat error persisted.

8. Deleted FC24 and Reinstalled:
Deleted the FC24 application and its files, then reinstalled it, but the game still did not work.
Later, I deleted everything related to FC24 and Steam to get rid of any potentially corrupted files.

9. Steam Deletion and Reinstallation:
Deleted Steam and FC24 entirely from the system.
Encountered issues with deleting the Steam folder due to permission errors but eventually deleted it.
Cleared the Recycle Bin and removed temporary files via Storage Settings.
Reinstalled Steam and FC24, but the same issues persisted.

10. Final Steps:
Attempted to run FC24 again after reinstalling, but the game continued to face the same errors.
Repeatedly checked Task Manager to ensure no related processes were running.
Encountered additional issues with deleting EA-related files due to them being in use by another program.

11. Resetting PC:
After the final attempt of reinstalling Steam and FC24, launching the game only shows the splash screen. The game does not launch, and there is no error message or any further response.
I ended up resetting my PC, keeping Windows and my files intact.
Reinstalled Steam and FC24, which automatically installed EA.
Logged into EA and launched the game through EA. The game took a long time to load, but when it did, the same anti-cheat error appeared.
Attempted to repair files via the anti-cheat program, but it was unsuccessful. Verified the game files again and found three files failed verification.

12. Current Situation:
I am currently not able to play the game as it keeps showing the anti-cheat error. I have uninstalled the game again and am contacting you for help.
