Cutscene keeps repeating during halftime

I was winning 4-0 during rivals. That’s when i noticed my opponent stopped playing. Minute 45 passed and the cutscene where the players return to the changing rooms started playing. I’ve been waiting for about 30 minutes right now, because my opponent doesn’t press X or it’s some kinda bug. I keep seeing the cutscene of the players returning to the changing rooms and training on the field. But i can’t press on anything, even the options button to leave the match doesn’t work. I can only close and restart the game. Please fix this!
