I keep getting the "You have lost your online connection" message

The ‘You have lost your online connection.’ message always shows up whenever I try to play FC24. NAT type is Open, and the issue happens even on a phone hotspot. I’ve reinstalled the game and cleared saved data. It has been happening for over a week.
