Delayed and laggy gameplay on PC

I have been experiencing severe delay while playing ultimate team, the game becomes super laggy and unplayable, i have good internet and tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, repairing it, fixing the EA AntiCheat, set all my settings to low, i’ve tried everything but the problem never seems to go away, it makes the game unplayable to the point where at the 10th minute i start lagging and getting delay and it keeps on getting worse while the match continues.
