Delete Pro / Restart Pro on FC 24 Clubs

Hi, in older fifa EA games you could restart your pro back to level 1. How do I do it in this game? I tried it from the profile files, deleting the pro file, but it just imports it back in. How do I restart my pro on clubs in this game? Thanks
