Deleted my game file by accident

Hello! I wanted to go play EA FC (used to be fifa), somehow by miracle the controller slipped in my hands and I managed to delete my game file, Is there any way I can get back my ultimate team by so...

You can try exiting out of the game and logging back in again @Sjeeen but there is no guarantee that will work

Do u mean that I create new game file? Because that's the screen where Im at, if I create new game file then there is new ultimate team correct?

      If being prompted to create a new game @Sjeeen then it means that the previous data is likely gone.

        how is cloud save not possible for me, i mean it is so stupid unlucky mistake how am i being punished for this, can you guys not do anything? @Darko
