Did not receive purchased fc points. How to get refund/claim?
I purchased 2000 points yesterday but haven't been able to claim them. What should i do?

@Moneymens I would wait 24 hours see if it updates. If not make sure you bought it for this year. I’ve seen a common error people mistakenly buy points from last year. Then you can contact support. Now I am not sure depending where you got them from if it would be ea support or Xbox Sony ect. Try ea support first and go from there.
