Didn't receive FC Points after redeeming a code
I bought a code for 1050 FC Points and I redeemed it in the EA app but I didn't receive the points in game.

Just making sure! It's happened more than a few times where folks have redeemed codes via the app and then play on consoles, so it's something I always check first.
If you didn't get any errors, then can you just double check that your code was actually for EAS FC 24, and not a previous game from the series? That also happens occasionally.

Yea, I just realised it’s a code for FIFA 23 not FC24
