Directx Error - Directx function "m_devicePlat" and "Direct3D could not"

I can't play, if start a match the game crash... I reinstall DirectX12, and reinstall C++ on VC folder (C:\Program Files\EA Games\EA SPORTS FC 24\__Installer\vc)  CPU: R5 5600 B450 Aorus Elite V1...

@eddie90296 Man, i reinstall nvidia drivers, put in 2021 version and nothing change... I do no what more i have to do...
