Directx Error - Directx function "m_devicePlat" and "Direct3D could not"

I can't play, if start a match the game crash... I reinstall DirectX12, and reinstall C++ on VC folder (C:\Program Files\EA Games\EA SPORTS FC 24\__Installer\vc) CPU: R5 5600 B450 Aorus Elite V1...

Guys, for me this was a solution, i played a entire Rivals match... Just install Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 e 2022, download exactly as the print.

I run x86 first and after X64... After all i restart my pc.
