Directx Error - Directx function "m_devicePlat" and "Direct3D could not"

I can't play, if start a match the game crash... I reinstall DirectX12, and reinstall C++ on VC folder (C:\Program Files\EA Games\EA SPORTS FC 24\__Installer\vc)  CPU: R5 5600 B450 Aorus Elite V1...

no way this worked, holy * ive had the game since it came out and only now fixed it. thank you wtf...
