DirectX error, FC24 won't start or blue screen

Hello,

I can't play FC24 on my Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 with an Nvidia 4070.

Either a DirectX error occurs (see attached screenshot) or the computer crashes with a blue screen.

I just did a clean install of Windows 11 a few days ago, and all graphics drivers are up to date.

I've also attached dxdiag.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

I've tried all the usual suggestions from the internet, unfortunately without success.
