Disabled account to be reactivated

Hi, 

I had a PS4  few years ago on which I played FIFA at the time. When I sold that old PS my EA account got disabled. I bought a new PS now and want to play FC24, but when I log in it says I should restore my password. However, I can’t do that as my account is disabled. I created a new EA account, but I can’t connect it to my PS account as the old, disabled EA account is already connected and you can’t have two. A possible solution would be to create a new PS account as well, but then I would lose the game I’ve recently purchased. How do I get around this issue?
