Disappearing Players on Seasons (online play)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know.
What happens when the bug occurs? Kick off and then one of my attackers runs into the opposition half and to the left of the goal (off pitch) and then disappears - so I am left with 10 men. The commentators reference that I am down to 10-men but no cards have been issued. Upon continuing with the match I then get to the second half and then my goalkeeper disappears every time so I am left without a GK. Am unable to make subs and on the team management section the players are still visible but aren't on the pitch to gameplay.
What should be happening instead?
Has anyone experienced their players disappearing straight after kick off and then GK disappearing at the beginning of the second half. I have uninstall & reinstalled the game and still the big exists.
