Thanks for reaching out about this. Are you frequently lagging or was it just this one game?
I have had pretty consistent lag issues, on otherwise solid internet for other games and speed tests which come back good/great. Have a Wi-Fi hub that boost my connection in my room which I have now hardwired to, but still have some button delay and occasional rubber banding/speed up lag. The main issue is the fact I was in the post game menus when I changed to wired and it didn’t log the win, ended up going 8-12 this weekend so missed out on player picks because of it.

Even with a booster, you're still on a wireless connection. I would recommend using a powerline or MoCA adaptor instead.
I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!

Unfortunately I don’t have any screenshots of the game, as I had no idea I was going to be kicked out, but it is the game on my login on the 30th of April at 20:18, all games after that were played on Ethernet and had ~12-15ms less ping and 5-6ms less jitter.
like I say I have no evidence/photos/screenshots showing the score line but I have got evidence of the switch to “wired” which caused me to take a loss rather than a win

What I need is a screenshot of the CQR. Can you do that? You got part of it with the match history.
