Diving or getting the ball

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play as goalkeeper in clubs it happens to every goalkeeper I have talked to.
What happens when the bug occurs? Alright so in this video I have proof of what has been happening to me and maybe to others and it ain't the only thing that's been happening to me there is times we're I dove in the right way and my goalkeeper simply just looks at the ball and it ends up goes in. Another one is we're the goalkeeper doesn't jump for the ball I was in my goalie and the ball was coming from the top but instead of jumping and getting the ball he ended up like squatting with his hands up and this is in clubs by the way I play as goalkeeper if you guys can fix these bugs I greatly appreciate it thanks.
What should be happening instead? Diving for the ball and getting the ball when it’s right above you
