Does Pro Clubs use Servers or peer to peer connection?

Everyone keeps saying they are getting lag and delay in Pro Clubs but my understanding is that in Pro Clubs it uses peer to peer connections.  Can EA staff confirm which type of connection Pro Clubs uses?

    I am pretty sure the only servers for EAFC are in FUT Champs and everything else is peer to peer.  @EA  can you confirm?
