dont see game on library owned games
Hey, I redeemed my ea sport fc 24 ultimate edition code on the ea website, but when i launch the app i dont see the game on my owned games on the library, is it normal, i need to wait the release hour ?

Also, on the ea app, i have suggestions to pre order the game, even if i have already activated the ultimate edition with a code
I have the same issue. Redeemed code but no game showing in library and when i go to the store it says i don't own it. Been back n forth with emails to ea with still no fix. Absolute shambles of a company. I pre ordered 7 weeks before release ultimate edition yet 1 day before it goes live I'm still in limbo.
