If you haven't yet, you can check this tool to see if you're eligible for a replacement token: https://help.ea.com/en/self-service/draft-tokens/

If this is happening frequently, you may want to do some troubleshooting to prevent this issue. What platform are you playing on?

    On EA FC 25, I spent 900 FIFA points for three drafts.

    I got disconnected all three times. The morron I talked to said to leave a message here, that it would be treated.

    So, what now ? I want my 900 FIFA points back, it's only fair.

    PS : I asked for a Draft token all three times after being disconnected, never got one. Please, stop stealing from people who pay good money for your game.

      @Totor6988 Same issue here, support center doesn't have the ability to help and @EA_Solaire your solution doesn't help.

      This is the message I received

      We checked and you are not eligible for a Draft Token.
      We have created request #194972939 for future reference.
