I’m trying to link my son’s Xbox fc24 to companion. His public ID appears different to the ID in setting. The email is unknown Apple ID and as it’s linked to EA username I now can’t do anything. Please help it’s driving me crazy as is my son
Community ManagerThis anonymous email listed in that screenshot means your son's Xbox gamertag is already linked up an EA account that has been set up as an underage or child's EA account.
Underage EA accounts have several restrictions, and will not be able to access online features for certain games or login to the companion app. You can read up a bit more on how underage accounts function in the article here.
