We don't know the details of your ban here on AHQ. However, if you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.
Not all bans in one version apply to all versions unless it is an account ban and not a studio ban.- Click Contact Us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game from which your account was banned or suspended. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose the EA app.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage My Account, then Banned or Suspended Account.
- Click the Select Contact option.
- If you haven’t already done so, sign in to your account with the ban or suspension.
