EA App only shows FC24 Trial with Game Pass Ultimate

Hello,

I have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, and my Xbox account (gamertag: adamaha#5813) is properly linked to my EA account. However, EA SPORTS FC 24 only appears as a trial version in the EA App, even though the full version should be included via EA Play.

I also cannot unlink my account before September 26, 2025, due to EA’s 6-month policy. Could someone from EA Help please assist in syncing my account and unlocking full access to the game?
