EA companion web app wont change to PC

So after 11 years of playing Fifa on Xbox one, I am now switching to PC. Ive installed the 10 day trial from the EA play app and have played around 2 hours.

However, I am unable to switch from my Xbox team to PC in the web companion. I get the following error:

It seems to be a PC problem, because I can switch to the Nintendo Switch just fine.

I also shifted to PC and playing on EA play trial can't access the webapp . I can PS amd xbox both market on webapp but not PC.

So. Anyone from ea that can react to this? This is:
1: unfair, cuz others have loads of time to trade.
2: not giving me the confidence to buy the game as pc feels like its not getting enough attention.
