I have had this same error for over a month now. The error has nothing to do with gameplay or connection ingame but rather a bug with ea connect in the menu. it wont show my online friends even though i can see that they are online on playstation network. i can still see recently met players on ea connect.It just says The server encountered an unexpected condition
Yes you have to uninstall the game and download it again. Worked for me and others as well
i had this problem and i didnt want to uninstall the game so what i did is move the game files in another document, uninstall then reinstall the ea play, move the game files back then restart the launcher. this worked for me
