EA FC 24 30 fps/0 smooth in menu PS5

Hi guys, 

I've searched all over the internet and still don't know if it's me doing something wrong that my menu in ea fc 24 runs like total crap, 0 fluidity, something like 30 fps or is it the console PS5 that has 30 fps locked in the menu? I'm surprised that the streamers I watch have normally smooth menus, as they should be. I play on a 60hz Hisense TV, HDMI cable version 2.1.

Has anyone had the same problem and has a solution to make the menus not stutter and have 60 fps? I can add that when entering the match, I normally have 60 fps and the game runs smoothly.
