It sounds like your game settings file may have been damaged somehow. Please try to delete the existing settings folder from Documents on your PC, or even rename the whole FC24 folder in Documents (by adding "- Copy", to it, for example), and then repair the game from the EA app to verify the game files.

I already try that and didnt work. I delete the game several times even delete the folder and downlod it again and the problem is still the same.
