Under your Windows Error Reporting I see errors for Epic launcher and EA anticheat. Can you try reinstalling the launcher and re-install EA anticheat?

It doesn't appear you have any pending Windows updates but I always encourage checking for some. Search "windows Updates" in the Windows search bar to locate it.
Keep us posted on the results if you can.

uninstalling and re installing ea anti cheat.
my springboot settings are okay
