I'm on PC version and it was okay till 2 days ago but yesterday I made a change to my steam account region and after that I cannot open FC24 but fifa 23 is okay
My steam region is Ukraine and for me not working with VPN too, couldnt play fc24 at all

I’m not on PC but having slightly different issue @EA_Darko. My son bought the Ultimate edition upon release and he / myself have been able to play the PS4 version absolutely fine yet when it comes to the PS5 version we will get kicked from servers anything from 10 seconds to 10 minutes. It’s not a problem with my internet I never get bad packet loss or bad ping constantly getting around 900 down 50 up. It has to be a issue with the PS5 version of the game on my console.
What’s strange as well is that I have my nephews PS5 here with my sons account uploaded and he can play the PS5 version absolutely fine on his console never being kicked out of servers.I’ve deleted gamer tags, saved data and the game but still keeps kicking me from servers on the PS5 version also. To top it off if now says we only have the standard edition yet we bought the ultimate and have had the 4600 points and also have a receipt for the ultimate edition on his account settings, any help much appreciated.

It's obvious, that something wrong with the game, it's not our fault. You can normally play, if you turn offline mode on ea app and after you in the menu, you can alttab and turn on online mode on ea app and connect to the servers. I hope at least in a few months we can get update which will fix it.

This is happening to me for all online matches - anytime I enter a match it will freeze and force my PS off.
im on PS4, in Ireland and my internet provider is Virgin Media
can you provide any update on the issue as I’ve not been able to play in 4 days?

Temporary Fix :
1. Open EA App in Offline Mode
2. Open FC24
3. Start a match and Quit right after
4. Go to EA App and go to Online Mode
5. Go to FC24 and Connect to Online Servers
This should fix the crash without any VPNs or ...

@GreatTeejay Hey, can you please elaborate on how to go to Online Mode while in FC24? When I go offline on the EA app, I see what is shown in the attached picture, and the only way I found to go back online is to restart the app, which automatically closes FC24
- 3 years ago@LikeALuntik You can go to online mode through the top left off the EA app and click on the 3 bar icon then click on "Go Online" button

I have encountered this problem as well. It worked fine the first day, then suddenly started crashing when I tried to connect online. I deleted all my saved data and it started working again, but alas after a day the connection issue started again, so I am back to square 1. Forced to play the game in offline mode. On Switch, but from what I can read on this thread the problem is on several platforms.
