EA FC 24 Crashing on entry video

EA FC 24 not passing through the entry video. The game crashes when I use online or offline mode. The game is purchased through Steam. FIFA 22, FIFA 21 runs without any issue. Also attaching the ...

    Open the EA app separately and do everything there, I have Steam too.

Thanks a lot for suggested fix,

Unfortunately I have a steam install and in EA app there are no settings at all ☹️
