@Chicken_Mafia_21I recently received an update that might be helpful. Just yesterday, my friend experienced a similar issue. I advised him to contact EA Support to verify the status of his pre-order. Upon doing so, EA Support identified that his EA Sports FC 24 pre-order was still processing, so they cancelled it. He then successfully pre-ordered again and was able to download the game without any problems. I recommend checking your order history to see if your pre-order is also showing as "processing."
Since I purchased trough Steam I am unable to see order history on EA, any other ideas?
I purchased it trough steam as well, this is my first year buying it on pc, and I didnt read trough the problems I could have because of that. Steam doesnt seperate ultimate and normal edition, so if you preload it trough steam ur not gonna be able to play, and you cant preload it trough ea app because its buggy. i recomend getting a refund and buying it trough the ea app. you wont get the hero pack because you didnt pre order it before the 22nd of august, so that sucks, but the early acces is worth more than the hero i think. if you preordered after the 22nd of august, meaning that you wouldnt get the hero pack either way, its a no brainer to get a refund and buy the game again from the ea app
Funny thing is its now even more buggy, on the EA app EA FC 24 no longer appears for me, i had also bought it on steam and had the pre load issue and it has now vanished from my EA app library but is still in my steam library. Anyone else get the game on steam and its now no longer in your EA app library or just me?
