EA fc 24 does not load. Infinite preparation

I'm sorry if it's not clear I'm using a translator. My problem is that when I want to pre-install ea fc 24, I have endless preparation going on. I do not know how to fix it. I reinstalled the ea app ...

just to prepare you for the inevitable, downloading it on steam changes nothing on EA app... sad times
