Hello

Yesterday i subscribed in the EA Play Pro for 1 month, and downloaded FC24, the game started and worked correctly in the Ultimate team and Career Mode, but, whenever i click on kick off (start the match) its go into the black screen and FC logo (3-7 seconds) then exit to the desktop, even if the match in any mode same problem occurs. while other games working fine such as: (Battlefield, Need for Speed, etc..)

my laptop specs:

ASUS Rog

Intel i9-11900H 2.5GHZ

Windows 11 Home 64 bit

40,960 MB Ram

NVIDIA RTX 3060 GPU

Direct X12

i tried to repair, change Lang, run as administrator, clear ea cache, delete temp files.

I.N.: Fifa 23 working fine and fifa 22 also.
