I bought EA FC Ultimate edition, I've redeemed the key and I tried restarting the instalation but it's missing from my library and when I go to the store it shows me the option to buy the game even though I already bought it. Help?
Hi, guys, I've had the same issue: bought the game, redeemed code, but the game doesn't show up in the app. And today I fixed it for myself, maybe you can do it too. I've launched the EA App not from the desktop's label, but from the Search -> EA -> Run as administrator (Win 10, check screenshot). After that EA FC 24 shows up in my Library and now I'm downloading it! Check it, I hope that can helps you too.
Thank you very much this actually worked running the EA App in administrator mode from search bar, now it shows up in the library and now Im downloading it lets hope it works once its complete!
