EA FC 24 HAS DISAPPEARED FROM THE LIBRARY IN THE EA APP AFTER REDEEMING KEY

I redeemed my EA SPORTS FC 24 key on the EA app, and afterwards, I was waiting for my game to download, but it stayed on 'preparing' for a long time, so I looked it up. I then saw that I could do 'app recovery,' as the EA app itself mentioned if it got stuck on 'preparing.' However, when I went back into the EA app, the game was no longer there, and when I try to redeem the game again, it already says it's been redeemed. 

UPDATE - The game is on origin library and cant do nothing.
