I clicked download and it wasnt starting, then i canceled the download and now my games missing.

I can log on my EAFC Companion account  and it registered my team and 4600 EA points i got from purchasing ultimate edition.

But my game that i payed my hard earned 80$ is not on my PC, not on my EA App, and when i try to redeem the code again, your APP says the code has already been used, because i did activate it.
